Diamond Core Drilling Trailer Rig
Trailer Rigs are mobile self contained units that can be positioned accordingly - once placed they can drill the holes to the required depth without the need to fix down.
They are powered by a diesel engine and have water containers situated on either side. On the rear of the unit a hydraulic drill and mast are mounted to enable the core drilling to be executed.
Drill size range from 52mm diameter to 300mm diameter standard (600mm with stand off plate) in reinforced concrete or asphalt. Depth of hole is 600mm standard; depth thereafter achieved using extension rods subject to material integrity.

The drill unit can be levelled to suit undulating surfaces. Once corrected, the adjustable legs are positioned accordingly to ensure a stable drilling position.
Drill motor speeds vary to suit the peripheral speed of any one drill core - this is achieved using the flow lever on the unit’s control panel.
